ELDER CARE
Elder Care is an umbrella term for a wide array of services intended to help older people live as comfortably and independently as possible. Elder Care mediation is the process where a mediator helps families deal with the legal, health, and emotional issues that come with aging. It's based on the idea that, with a little help, family members can find the best solutions for and with their loved ones. Together the family can all understand and support the same goals for their elders.
Some common topics that might be discussed during mediation include:
Elder Wellbeing
Medical Treatment/Service Plans
Living Arrangements
Social Contact
Finances
Caregiving
Estate Planning
Guardianship
Conservatorship
